Activities:

South Hall Kids Activity Area: KIDZ KORNER sponsored by Ferguson will feature arts & crafts, corn hole games, face painting, picture cutouts, contests and more. Staffed by the local 4-H volunteers.

Playhouse Contest: Features local builders competing in a Playhouse Design and Decorating Contest. Public purchases raffle tickets, winning house becomes the raffle prize, others donated to local charitable organizations.

Partnering with Food Bank of Larimer & Weld Counties to facilitate a food drive. Every person that brings a donation will be entered into a drawing. Prizes TBD

 

 

 

Promotion (Onsite)

Live remotes from local radio stations all weekend

4 weeks of promotion on the Budweiser Marquee on I-25

Banner on the Expo Hall facing the road to the Events Center upon building possession on 3/6/19

Signage in Breezeway to South Hall promoting South Hall, Playhouse Contest and Kids Area

Concessions will be open facing South Hall

Signs on all county roads and streets leading to Events Center at least 1 week prior

Posters up and distributed at least 2 weeks prior to show

Social media efforts through all exhibitor Facebook sites, and our own.

Marketing with Coloradoan, Reporter Herald, and Greeley Tribune and on their Websites. Includes 1/2 page postcard Inserts .
