Mission Statement: The Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado is an organization of residential construction and related professionals dedicated to high ethical standards, education, and advocating for the health of our industry and success of our members.

 

NoCo HBA is a group of building professionals committed to raising the profile of the industry and helping our community thrive. Through advocacy, education and networking, our members find success.

 

The NoCo HBA was chartered in 1967. It represents every segment of the residential building industry in 54 municipalities and eight counties, including Greeley, Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins and surrounding areas.

 

We sponsor and promote events like the Parade of Homes and Spring Home & Remodeling Show. These events increase public engagement and awareness of our members.

 

Our Building the Future Foundation works to enhance living conditions for Northern Colorado residents. It also fosters education and training opportunities to provide a viable workforce. 

 

NoCo HBA members also belong to the Colorado Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Home Builders.
