Sales & Marketing Council 

The NoCo HBA Sales & Marketing Council provides education, networking, and resources for sales and marketing professionals in the home building industry. Aligned with NAHB, the council focuses on best practices, professional development, and industry trends to support our members and strengthen the home building community in Northern Colorado.

What We Do

• Deliver ongoing education and training for sales and marketing professionals, including workshops, roundtables, and expert-led sessions.

• Provide networking opportunities for builders, developers, real estate professionals, and industry partners.

• Share marketing and sales best practices that help members improve lead generation, customer experience, and closing strategies.

• Stay ahead of industry trends through collaborative discussions and shared resources.

Key Focus: Connecting Agents & Builders

The council is heavily engaged in connecting Northern Colorado real estate agents with our Builders’ Sales Centers, creating strong partnerships that benefit both sides. We work to:

• Introduce agents to builders’ communities and sales teams

• Promote new community openings and builder incentives

• Provide guided tours and sales center access for agents

• Help agents understand product offerings, floor plans, and pricing structures

• Strengthen referral relationships and drive home sales across the region

Signature Event

The council hosts the annual Sales & Marketing Builder’s Breakfast, a highly attended event that brings together real estate agents, builders, lenders, and industry partners to network, learn, and collaborate.
