Assessment Dues
In addition to annual membership dues, Builder Members pay permit-based assessments tied to new-build and remodeling activity within the Northern Colorado region, primarily Larimer and Weld Counties. Assessments are invoiced monthly and capped at 300 homes per builder per year.

For the first 300 building permits pulled annually, assessment rates are:

  • Single-Family Detached Homes: $65 per permit

  • Multi-Family Attached Homes (condos, townhomes, paired): $35 per permit/door

  • Multi-Family Dwellings (Built for Rent): $25 per door

Remodeler permit assessments are based on project value:

  • $35 for permits under $25,000

  • $55 for permits of $25,001 and above

These assessments support the Association’s advocacy, workforce development, and industry initiatives on behalf of the residential construction community.
