Terms & Conditions
Membership & Dues
Membership is subject to eligibility requirements and payment of applicable dues. Membership dues and assessments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Events, Registrations & Cancellations
Event tickets may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Sponsorships, advertising, and entries are non-refundable.
Ticket substitutions for another NoCo HBA event may be requested up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event, subject to availability.
Sponsorships & Advertising
Sponsors and advertisers are responsible for submitted content. NoCo HBA reserves the right to refuse or remove sponsorships or advertising at its discretion.
Advocacy & Government Affairs
Information shared by NoCo HBA related to legislative, regulatory, or governmental matters is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.
Code of Conduct
Participants in NoCo HBA events, meetings, and programs are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.
NoCo HBA is not responsible or liable for the actions, conduct, or behavior of members, guests, sponsors, or attendees.
Limitation of Liability
NoCo HBA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in events, membership activities, or use of digital platforms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
