Professional Women in Building Council

The Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) of Northern Colorado is dedicated to promoting, educating, and supporting women in the building industry. Our mission is to advance professionalism, foster leadership, and create meaningful opportunities for women at all stages of their careers.

Sales and Marketing Council

The Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) of Northern Colorado provides education, networking, and resources for sales and marketing professionals in the home building industry. Aligned with NAHB, the council focuses on best practices, professional development, and industry trends to support our members and strengthen the home building community in Northern Colorado.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is dedicated to supporting and growing our association by welcoming new members, engaging existing members, and ensuring everyone feels connected and valued. This committee plays a vital role in strengthening our community and building meaningful relationships across the housing industry.

HBA Foundation

The NoCo HBA Foundation is the NoCo HBA's charitable arm, partnering with our members and other local organizations to build relationships and enhance the lives of challenged segments and individuals of our Northern Colorado community.

Workforce Development Committee, BUILT NoCO

The Workforce Development Committee, operating as BUILT NoCO, is dedicated to building the next generation of skilled trades professionals across Northern Colorado. Through partnerships with local schools and industry leaders, the committee supports construction-focused education, hands-on training, and career pathways that connect students to internships, certifications, and opportunities within the home building industry.
