The Northern Colorado Home Builders Association (NoCo HBA) is a collective of building professionals dedicated to strengthening the residential construction industry and supporting the communities we serve. Through strategic advocacy, education, and connection, we elevate the voice of our industry while helping our members succeed.
Chartered in 1967, NoCo HBA represents every segment of the residential building industry across 54 municipalities and eight counties, including Greeley, Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins, and surrounding communities.
Our signature public-facing event, the Parade of Homes, showcases the talent and innovation of local builders while connecting homebuyers and the broader public with the professionals shaping Northern Colorado’s housing landscape. The Parade serves as a key platform to promote local builders, increase consumer awareness, and highlight the value of quality home construction.
In addition to public outreach, NoCo HBA hosts a robust lineup of member-focused events designed to promote, advocate for, and strengthen the residential building industry. These include cornerstone industry events such as the Builder Product Expo, Golf Tournament, and Housing Summit, as well as ongoing membership engagement opportunities like Membership Mixers, Lunch & Learns, Construction Connections, and Shop Talks. Members also benefit from council-led signature events, including the Builders Breakfast, Women of Impact Conference, and the Membership Tournament, which foster leadership development, collaboration, and deeper professional relationships.
Our commitment to community impact is carried out through strategic partnerships, including the HBA Building the Future Foundation and our Workforce Development program, BUILT NoCO. These initiatives strengthen Northern Colorado by supporting housing-related causes, expanding education and training opportunities, and developing a sustainable construction workforce.
NoCo HBA members also belong to the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), ensuring strong representation and advocacy at the local, state, and national levels.
