WHERE: 36 new construction homes across Northern Colorado, from Red Feather Lakes to Firestone
The annual Northern Colorado Parade of Homes will take place Friday, Sept. 6 through Sunday Sept. 15. Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday, both weekends. The event features 36 new construction homes from the biggest names in Colorado’s homebuilding and remodeling industry.
The two-weekend event is free and open to the public. Attendees will also have a chance to win $5,000 presented by First National Bank of Omaha. The public can visit multiple homes to find the five entry codes allowing for multiple entries.
The Parade is a snapshot of the state of Northern Colorado’s real estate market. The homes in the Parade showcase the latest design trends and innovations in the homebuilding industry. The event is an opportunity to recognize the achievements of professionals within the industry.
Colorado’s builders have faced a number of challenges in recent years including the high cost of building and high demand for new and affordable housing. Despite these challenges, builders have found ways to develop land and create new construction homes for Northern Colorado residents. A strong homebuilding industry boosts the local economy and the success of these building companies proves the Northern Colorado’s housing market continues to do well.
