I work closely with builders, consultants, municipalities, and internal leadership teams to advance residential projects in a manner that balances market feasibility, regulatory requirements, and community objectives. My background includes providing land development insights that inform pro forma assumptions, development timing, and IRR sensitivity, with a strong emphasis on responsible growth and long-term value creation.

I bring a collaborative, communication-driven approach to leadership, with particular strength in facilitating dialogue between the development community and local jurisdictions. Through clear presentations and consistent engagement, I focus on identifying practical solutions to entitlement, infrastructure, and policy challenges affecting housing delivery.

My experience spans municipal coordination, consultant management, and executive-level communication, and I am motivated to contribute this perspective in support of the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association’s mission to promote attainable housing, sound development policy, and a healthy residential construction industry
