Join us for an evening dedicated to wellness, connection, and giving back as we head into the most exciting time of the year — leading up to our December Winter Conference! This event is open to all HBA members, so bring your colleagues and come enjoy the evening together!

🧘 Yoga with Michelle Ouellette Unwind and recharge with a rejuvenating yoga session led by the talented Michelle Ouellette. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, Michelle will guide you through a calming and energizing practice designed to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired. Mats are provided — just bring yourself! Michelle will also be available before and after the session to connect, answer questions, and share her passion for wellness with our community.
