It’s Back! The HBA Builder Product Expo Returns to Northern Colorado!
We’re thrilled to announce the return of the HBA Builder Product Expo — happening at Embassy Suites in Loveland! The Builder Product Expo is Northern Colorado’s premier event dedicated exclusively to connecting home builders and remodelers with the products, services, and trade partners they rely on to build. This is where builders come to discover new vendors, strengthen existing relationships, and explore solutions to use in their next projects.
Join us for an amazing afternoon and evening of networking, breakout sessions, vendor booths, hands-on product exploration, and food and beverage as you tour the Expo floor. Attendees will receive drink tickets from exhibitors as they connect and explore the latest products and services.

Event Details
Date: May 5th, 2026
Time: 3:00-7:00 PM

Set-Up / Tear-Down Details
- Day before setup begins Monday, May 4th at 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Same-day setup begins Tuesday, May 5th at 8:00 AM
- All booths must be show-ready by 2:30 PM
- Entry doors are 6 feet wide and 7 feet tall - please plan accordingly for larger displays
- Any damage to the venue during set-up or tear-down must be reported to the HBA and will be charged back to the exhibitor.
- Tear-down must be complete promptly after the event concludes at 7:00 PM
Booth Assignment
- Please indicate your preferred Booth # at registration. Expo Floor Plan Linked Here.
- Booth assignments are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

Electrical Needs
- Power is not included by default.
- If you require electricity at your booth, you must select this as an add-on at registration.
- Standard power is 5 AMPS or 500 WATTS (Single outlet). If you need additional power, please contact us at office@nocohba.com or at 970-686-2798.
Wi-Fi Needs
- Wi-Fi is provided, but may be slow due to high traffic.
- If internet connectivity is important for your display, we recommend bringing a personal hot spot.
- You can also purchase high-speed Internet. Please contact us at office@nocohba.com or at 970-686-2798.
Fire Safety
- Embassy Suites has strict fire hazard policies.
- No devices that create smoke or steam (e.g., popcorn machines or ranges) are allowed as they can trigger the building's sprinkler system.
Parking
- Parking will be comped.
- Embassy is implementing a new system; you may need to enter a credit card initially before applying the comp code (TBD).
- Comp code will be provided via registration reminders.
- Be sure we have all your attendees email addresses to receive code.
Additional Attendees & Exhibitor Passes
- Your registration includes a set number of exhibitor passes and attendee tickets, as outlined in your selected sponsorship or booth package.
- These included passes will be designated by the lanyards provided at check-in.
- Any additional employees or attendees beyond your included allotment must purchase a ticket.
- If additional tickets are not purchased in advance, they will be invoiced to your company after the event and are due upon receipt.
