Join the NOCO HBA Foundation in Making a Difference

Our mission is to employ the talents, skills, and generosity of our building industry members, associates, and community friends to help our Northern Colorado neighbors in need.

The NOCO HBA Foundation is the charitable arm of the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association. We’re a 501(c)(3) non-profit, based in Loveland but serving all of Northern Colorado. Your donations are not only greatly appreciated—they’re also tax-deductible.

Each year, we partner with the local chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace to build as many beds as possible for kids who don’t have one. The more support we receive, the more kids we can help—and ensure that no child sleeps on the floor in our community.

We’re also expanding our reach through Project Independence, tackling life-changing projects like ADA-compliant bath and kitchen modifications, ramps, and entryway alterations—helping neighbors live safely and independently.
