The Professional Women in Building Council invites you to join us for our signature year-end event, the 2026 PWB Women's Conference: Unwrap Your Balance.

As we conclude a year of growth through our BLOOM Series, this conference is designed to inspire meaningful conversations around leadership, wellness, career development, and finding balance in an ever-changing world. The theme, Unwrap Your Balance, recognizes that balance looks different for everyone and evolves throughout the seasons of our personal and professional lives.

We're excited to welcome Lora Cheadle, JD, CHt, as our keynote speaker. An attorney, TEDx speaker, executive coach, and leadership strategist, Lora helps professionals navigate burnout, build resilience, and lead with confidence and purpose.

We're currently seeking four panelists to participate in our conference discussion. If you know a woman in the building industry with valuable insights, experiences, or a story to share, we encourage you to submit a nomination.

We're also accepting applications for our Sip & Shop, providing an opportunity for businesses and makers to showcase their products and services to conference attendees.
