Brad Turner serves as the Business Development Director for RMG Engineers, a Colorado-based engineering firm specializing in structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing. With more than 20 years of experience in business development, fundraising, sales leadership, and community engagement, Brad has built a reputation for connecting people, fostering strategic partnerships, and helping organizations achieve sustainable growth.
Within the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association, Brad serves as Chair of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Executive Board. In these leadership roles, he focuses on member recruitment and retention, strengthening industry relationships, and ensuring the financial health and long-term success of the association. He is passionate about creating opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and grow their businesses throughout Northern Colorado.
Beyond his professional work, Brad is deeply involved in the community, serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Crossroads Safehouse and supporting numerous nonprofit and civic initiatives across the region. His commitment to service, leadership, and relationship-building continues to make a positive impact throughout Northern Colorado.
