Gregg Hecker

I'm Gregg Hecker, owner and operator of Fastest Labs of Fort Collins, a drug, alcohol, and DNA testing lab serving employers across Northern Colorado. I built the business to give companies — especially in construction and other safety-sensitive trades — a reliable, compliant partner for workplace testing, from pre-employment and random screens to reasonable suspicion and post-accident protocols.

Beyond testing itself, I help employers build the policy and compliance infrastructure that keeps them protected: DOT and non-DOT program design, SAMHSA/HHS-compliant procedures, chain-of-custody standards, and clear, defensible workplace policies. For builders managing job-site safety, subcontractor risk, and insurance exposure, that means one less variable to worry about.

I also run an operations and management consulting practice, so I bring a broader lens to how testing and compliance fit into a company's overall risk management and workforce strategy — not just a transactional service.

I'm joining the HBA because builders need trustworthy resources on safety and compliance, and I want to serve this community the way I'd want to be served: with integrity, straight answers, and real follow-through.
