Professional Bio
Joey Frank, PE, is a Professional Engineer and Client Manager with over 13 years of experience supporting residential development and homebuilding projects throughout Northern Colorado. As the senior engineer and manager for the Fort Collins office of JR Engineering, Joey works closely with homebuilders, developers, and municipalities to deliver practical and efficient engineering solutions for single-family and multi-family residential communities.
His experience includes subdivision design, grading and drainage, utility infrastructure, roadway design, stormwater management, and entitlement support for projects ranging from custom home developments to large master-planned communities. Joey has extensive experience coordinating with local jurisdictions, utility providers, and consultants to help projects move efficiently from concept through permitting and construction.
Known for his responsiveness and collaborative approach, Joey focuses on helping builders navigate the development process while minimizing delays and identifying cost-effective solutions during design and construction. His understanding of Northern Colorado jurisdictions and development standards allows him to provide clients with practical guidance tailored to the unique challenges of residential growth along the Front Range.
Joey earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
