Organization Overview
Luxe Design Studio is a full service interior design firm specializing in three distinct areas: new construction, remodels and restyling.
In new construction, we collaborate either with clients directly or with custom home builders to bring their clients’ visions to life. We assist with plan development and guide clients through the entire selection process for both the interior and exterior of the home. We work closely with the builder’s team to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. We put together selections packets for clients along with technical documents such as fireplace elevations, plumbing and lighting placements for installers to reference, etc. Upon completion, we have a hand in window treatments and furnishings. We see ourselves as an extension of the builder's team, supporting their process while enhancing the client experience.
For our remodels, we offer full-service design and project management. We handle all aspects of the project from start to finish, including concept development, construction drawings, sourcing fixtures and finishes, trade coordination, installation, and final styling. Our goal is to provide a stress-free, turnkey experience for our clients.
For our restyling clients, we help freshen up their homes with new furnishings and/or window treatments. We have a large network of trade-only vendors providing high quality furnishings that can meet an array of budgets.
