Organization Overview
Most states in the US are now requiring Manual J load calculations be performed to properly calculate heating and cooling loads for new residential construction (See Section 403.6 of 2009 IECC and Section 1401.3 of 2009 IRC).
For home owners, we prepare the Manual J Report which will show the HVAC equipment heating and cooling capacities that your home will require. For builders, and HVAC contractors,
we prepare the Manual J report that will be needed in order to obtain the building permit.
