Professional Bio
Andrew’s career spans over $5 billion in real estate assets across luxury residential, multifamily, retail, industrial, and land. He has underwritten development projects, marketed and supported the sale of more than $4 billion in multifamily assets, negotiated complex leases exceeding $70 million, and led global real estate operations for a $1 billion luxury residential portfolio across 82 destinations. His background enables a holistic evaluation of projects, from feasibility and entitlement risk through capital structure and exit strategy.
Andrew’s work has included underwriting, zoning and entitlement analysis, portfolio-level P&L management, complex lease negotiation, and advising developers, investors, and builders across multiple markets. His experience spans development feasibility, capital planning, operational execution, and long-term asset performance.
Andrew brings a builder and sponsor-aligned mindset to lending, informed by years of working directly with developers, contractors, HOAs, and local stakeholders. He is an active Member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver and serves as President of his local HOA, overseeing governance, budgeting, and covenant modernization for a 96-home community.
Outside of work, Andrew serves as President of Park County Search and Rescue, where he is an active technical mountain rescue specialist. He lives in Colorado with his wife and two daughters.
