Join the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association’s Sales & Marketing Council on Jan. 23, 2023 for an action-packed event from two nationally-renowned new home sales speakers, Ryan Taft, Shore Consulting, and Chris Hartley, K. Hovnanian Homes. If you’re a new home sales leader or onsite sales manager, you won’t want to miss this chance to recession proof your team and refine your onsite sales strategies. This will also be a great opportunity for realtors and affiliate members to network with new homes sales leaders. All HBA members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Ryan Taft, Senior Sales Trainer, Shore Consulting
Ryan Taft is a public speaker and sales trainer with Shore Consulting. He also wrote the sales book “The Sales Cure” and co-authored two books with Jeff Shore and Amy O'Connor.
Taft helps salespeople get back to being human beings in the sales process. In other words, he helps salespeople communicate better. Taft holds the rare Certified Speaking Professional designation from The National Speakers Association. He’s a frequent contributor and guest on several blogs and podcasts.
Taft has been educating and entertaining audiences for over 20 years. He lives in the Phoenix area with his wife and two dogs. His specialties include: sales training and workshops, communication training, small group performance coaching and comedy.
Chris Hartley, Vice President of Sales, K. Hovnanian Homes
Chris Hartley has nearly two decades of new home sales experience in various roles across the industry. In addition to his current role as vice president of sales for K. Hovnanian Homes, Hartley is a certified trainer for the Texas Real Estate Commission. He also frequently contributes to industry-leading publications, a guest on numerous industry podcasts and a highly sought out public speaker.
Hartley has worked with both public and private homebuilders across the U.S. He’s won numerous awards on a local, regional and national level including the inaugural Gold Award at The Nationals for One to Watch through the National Association of Homebuilders. He’s an active member of the Zillow Builder Advisor Board, as well as a board member for AtlasRTX.
Hartley is an advocate for the American Cancer Society, being named a three-time Corporate Hero and is part of Team Determination participating in half and full marathons having raised over $200,000 fighting for the cause. His latest adventure was completing a full Ironman Triathlon on behalf of the National Angels, a Foster Care Organization. Hartley completed his first children’s book series in 2022.
