Celebrating Excellence: Honoring Our 2025 Membership Award Winners
A highlight of the NoCo HBA Annual Meeting each year is the opportunity to pause and recognize the people and companies who step forward, raise their hands, and make this Association stronger.
While advocacy, education, and engagement shape the work we do year-round, it’s our members who bring that work to life. The 2025 Membership Awards celebrated the leaders, volunteers, and partners whose time, talent, and commitment elevated the Association and strengthened the building industry across Northern Colorado.
From long-term leadership to first-year involvement, from behind-the-scenes committee work to visible sponsorship and recruitment efforts, each award reflects the many ways members contribute to the health of the NoCo HBA.
The evening’s highest honor, the President’s Award, was presented to John Tschetter of Hartford Homes. Selected by the outgoing chair, this award recognizes an individual whose impact extends far beyond a single year. John’s steady leadership, dedication, and service have helped shape both the direction and strength of the Association, leaving a lasting mark on the organization and the industry.

The Sponsor of the Year award went to Weaver Stone Company, a partner whose support goes well beyond event signage. Their continued investment of time, creativity, and resources has elevated Association initiatives and directly supported the mission of the NoCo HBA. Fellow nominees included ENT Credit Union and Pella Windows & Doors.

New energy and fresh perspectives were recognized with the Rookie of the Year award, presented to Alyssa Mahler of Signature Stone. In less than a year, Alyssa quickly became actively engaged and involved, demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and initiative that immediately strengthened the Association. Juana Ortiz of Appliance Factory Fine Lines and Judith Moak of Crestone Digital Media were also recognized as nominees.
Behind every successful program are dedicated volunteers doing the work, often out of the spotlight. The Committee Member of the Year Award honored Sarah Dick of CrossCountry Mortgage for her leadership and reliability in supporting the Parade of Homes and helping move key initiatives forward. Additional nominees included Megan Gollish of Bath & Kitchen Idea Center and Andrea Alles of the HBA Foundation.

The Associate Member of the Year award was presented to Elevations Credit Union, recognizing consistent participation, service, and a clear commitment to strengthening relationships across the membership. Kinston Centerra and Independent Plumbing Solutions were also acknowledged for their involvement.

For outstanding engagement and leadership, Dennis Schick of RE/MAX Alliance received the Individual of the Year award. Dennis’s consistent presence and active participation exemplify what it means to be an invested member, helping advance both the Association’s mission and the broader industry. Casey Kiser of Guild Mortgage and Bethany Windley of ENT Credit Union were named as nominees.

The Top Recruiter of the Year award recognized Gabby Smith of the NoCo HBA for serving as a true ambassador for the Association. Through her outreach and enthusiasm, she directly contributed to membership growth and helped strengthen the collective voice of the organization. Jon Tschetter of Hartford Homes was also nominated.

Excellence across the building sector was celebrated through several industry-specific honors. HighCraft Builders earned Remodeler of the Year, recognized for meaningful involvement and leadership within the remodeling community, with Hutch Design Build and Armstead Construction named as nominees.

NoCo Custom Homes received Custom Home Builder of the Year for their impactful engagement in the Parade of Homes and connection with the community.

And Landmark Homes was honored as Builder Member of the Year for outstanding leadership, service, and commitment to advancing the Association’s efforts, with Bridgewater Homes recognized as a nominee.

Together, these recipients represent the very best of the NoCo HBA—members who don’t just participate, but contribute, lead, and invest in the success of others.
Their efforts strengthen our advocacy, deepen our connections, and ensure the Association remains a trusted voice for the building industry across Northern Colorado. We are grateful for each of them and proud to celebrate their accomplishments.
Congratulations to all of our 2025 award winners and nominees. Your leadership and engagement set the tone for the year ahead.
