Golden Key Awards Celebrate the Best of the 2026 NoCo Parade of Homes
Recognizing the Best in Building: 2026 Golden Key Awards Winners Announced
The 2026 NoCo Parade of Homes closed out in style on October 1 with the Golden Key Awards Under the Big Top, sponsored by ListenUp. A sold-out crowd of 200 filled Venue 319 in Loveland to celebrate the builders, trade partners, and homes that made this year's event one to remember.
Seth Coonrod of ListenUp emceed the evening, which was full of surprises. Guests were entertained by the musical stylings of Valerie Vampola, watched an acrobat performer, and had a little fun at the caricature booths, all while cheering on this year's winners.
This year's Parade of Homes featured 24 builders, 36 homes, and 10 cities across Northern Colorado, and the evening raised funds for the NoCo HBA Foundation.
The Golden Key Winners
The Golden Key is the evening's top honor, awarded to the standout home in each price category:
- Attached: DRB Homes, 1786 Parade St.
- $650K & Below: Dream Finders Homes, 598 Noola St.
- $650K-$1M: Toll Brothers, 3085 Westcliff Ct.
- $1M-$1.24M: Toll Brothers, 3103 Westcliff Dr.
- $1.25M-$2M: Rhoades Builds, 967 Warbling Dr.
- $2M-$2.5M: HighCraft Builders, 3815 W County Road 4
- $2.5M & Above: Solace Custom Homes, 3379 Danzante Bay Ct.
- Remodel: Hutch Design Build, 7559 Price Ct.
Category Sweeps
Four homes took home all three category awards (Best Bedroom & Bathroom, Best Kitchen, and Overall Workmanship & Design) in addition to the Golden Key: DRB Homes at 1786 Parade St., Toll Brothers at both 3085 Westcliff Ct. and 3103 Westcliff Dr., and Rhoades Builds at 967 Warbling Dr. Toll Brothers swept two separate price categories.
People's Choice
The People's Choice Award, sponsored by Weaver Stone Co., went to Solace Custom Homes for 3379 Danzante Bay Ct., voted on by the visitors who toured the homes.
